# Update your workspace branding

> Save your logo, name, brand color and documentation link, then check the client portal.

Branding belongs to the selected workspace. Review the workspace name before editing so another client's portal is not changed.

## Update the brand

1. Open **Branding** in the workspace navigation.
2. Enter your **Website URL** if you want to import branding from your site. Review imported values before saving.
3. Upload the **Logo**. Use an image no larger than 10 MB. Uploading changes the draft; continue to **Save changes** to save the branding.
4. Edit **Workspace name** and **Brand color**. A custom color must be a six-digit hex value such as `#5B40D6`.
5. Optionally enter a full **Documentation URL**. This supplies the workspace's documentation destination.
6. Review the preview and select **Save changes**.

## Fields and actions

| Field or action | Behavior and limits |
| - | - |
| Website URL | Optional HTTP or HTTPS address used by **Import branding**. A hostname without a scheme is saved with `https://`. |
| Import branding | Imports the site's detected company name and logo into the draft. It does not populate every setting or save the brand automatically. |
| Logo | Upload an image up to 10 MB. **Remove** clears it from the draft; save to apply the change. |
| Workspace name | Required; a whitespace-only name is invalid. |
| Brand color | Choose a color or enter `#` followed by six hexadecimal digits. The form uses `#020617` when no saved color exists. |
| Documentation URL | Optional HTTP or HTTPS documentation destination. A hostname without a scheme gains `https://`; leave it empty to omit a custom destination. |
| Save changes | Saves the reviewed draft to this workspace. |
| Revert | Discards unsaved edits and restores the last loaded saved values. |

Importing or uploading does not publish the draft. Review the preview and save once all fields are correct.

## Check the saved result

Reopen Branding and confirm the saved fields. Open a client portal and its sign-in page on your intended domain to review the logo and name in context. If the application says the branding was saved but the preview could not refresh, reload before saving again.

If an image upload fails, check its type and size. If a website import produces the wrong brand, edit the values manually before saving. Invalid website or documentation URLs and invalid color values must be corrected before the update can succeed.

A custom domain is configured separately under **Domain**. See [white labeling](/v3/guides/accounts/branded-domain) and [GHL menu links](/v3/guides/ghl/menu-link).
