Why is Assistable.ai?

We were agency owners too. The number one thing we always heard on sales calls (that we worked very hard to get) was, "I've worked with 3 agencies before that didn't generate results / keep up with their promises. What makes you think I want to do that again?". Even though we had ample experience in ads, plenty of experience in client acquisition, and expertise behind us - the agency industry was commoditized in their eyes.

How could we possibly get past that idea to try to bring true value to local businesses? We were early users of LLMs and companies like OpenAI. We were even building an AI platform before we found out about GoHighLevel. So, we thought we could bake in the appointment setting as an offer at scale with conversational AI. That is just what we did. Now, we had tried other vendors (now considered competitors) and they were missing a few key elements that we understood were crucial to build big, scalable systems:

1. Fully integrated white label - we were running a strong branding in GoHighLevel and wanted to carry that over to the AI deployment as well, that is hard when other companies names are in the webhooks / portals. We dreaded the conversation of; "Oh I thought this was your AI but I saw XYZ link in the workflow? Couldn't I just go to them myself?". So we created a fully white labeled client portal, custom GoHighLevel workflow actions and grey-labeled branding of Create Assistants.
2. In-depth bot customization - we had already been building AI from some time at that point... A simple question-and-answer bot wasn't going to cut it. And sending meeting links is point less, they could've just booked on their own without the conversation. We had developed early AI models with chain of thought for appointment booking (long before functions and tools) so we needed something that was on our level of use case. That prompted the creation of extra tools and knowledge focus to really start to materialize human-replacement.
3. Client portals and access - most vendors at the time either didn't have a tangible way for you to put AI in your clients hands. Meaning you either had to build AI in a software somewhere else and webhook it or the client side was clunky. This left us CONSTANTLY having to tweak AI models for our customers without a real way of giving them an easy way to do it, or hand them a product in their (digital) hands. This prompted the Assistable.ai sub-account client portal via custom menu link. So that we can work on AI on a location basis and even hand a white labeled portal to our clients to have them use it and experimenting with it. Saving us & our clients time, as well as making deployment much easier because it is in the sub-account already.

I could carry on here - all that to say, as agency owners, we understand. We've done it. We've experienced it. We built it and now, we give it to you.

The overarching idea is to create AI SO robust, that the perception of the agency industry changes in the eyes of local businesses. Because if we are all able to generate tangible results, true wins for our clients - then we are seen as valuable.

Assistable.ai allows you to create something as simple as a booking bot, all the way to a conversational AI that can pull Google street view images, place generated solar panels on a roof, generate a quote, invoice a contact for the quote and create truck schedules. We try to give you the arrows in your quiver to differentiate from the hundreds of thousands of competitors through functionality-driven conversational AI.

We are so engrained in GoHighLevel that our AI is able to work without any workflows required - just a tag. Our models are built in-house and functionality is built all in house as our flagship product - Nova V2 - which allows for thing like custom tool handling, chat & voice AI merged into one model, and human-like interactions.

In the digital space? In GoHighLevel mostly. You can find us on the top-installed list on the marketplace, or in a lot of Youtube videos / Skool groups. Perhaps a lot of Facebook groups as well. We are humble servants to our community and in return we have a quite loyal fanbase that helps us out a ton.

Physically, we are a Georgia Corporation with headquarters based in Port Charlotte, Florida - which is where the executive team & developers sit. Our support and onboarding team is based out of Minnesota which is why our client communication hours are in Central Timezones.

Through in-house built models, tools, processes and a little bit of movie magic - we are able to create AI that engages quite human-like. With the idea of robust in mind, we wanted control over downtime and break-fix. So, we have constantly been researching, developing, innovating and inventing in the AI space so that you can have the most up-to-date capabilities and tools to give to your clients.
