I understand it's $0.07 per minute for assistable. Elevenlabs, and GPT4-Turbo cost per minute (not tokens) are the two costs that I don't know, as well as any other missing components that are beyond those two. What are those costs?

Every minute processed from our voice AI, all encompassed, is $0.07. That includes LLM, Elevenlabs, TTS, STT, telephony and all. We use all earned profits as leverage in enterprise deals so we get quite competitive pricing - and instead of banking it - we give it to you.


Will Assistable.ai work with WAGHL, Inst8 SMs and [INSERT 3rd PARTY GHL MESSAGING SERVICE HERE]?

Yes. Assistable.ai works with all channels and conversation providers with the exception of email. Even through custom twilio integrations, you can SIP trunk your own phone number into our platform and GoHighLevel to have seamless calling as well.


What is the average latency on chat and voice channels?

The average latency on our voice AI sits around 800 ms end-to-end response time excluding tools calls. Chat sits around 3-5 depending on your configurations for knowledge, delay time, tool calls and models used - an optimized model sat at 800 ms end-to-end response time excluding tool calls as well. So, very quick :)


Why do I connect to the agency and not sub-account during the GoHighLevel integration?

Scale! The reason we require an agency connection is to divvy out account for you, or your clients, do not need to integrate with each new client - it is done on your behalf via our system because of the agency access tokens.


When I select a plan, it says 10 mins of calling. Is this all the call time I get?

On new subscriptions & accounts, we give you 10 mins of calling to get you started and for testing. Subsequent minutes are purchased at the agency leveled and divvied to sub-accounts or can re-billing to the sub-account at the base price.
