Platform limitations on volume and concurrency
Each account is dedicated 15 concurrent calls. Meaning, each account can have up to 15 calls happening at the exact same time before calls will get rejected.
Each account is dedicated 15,000 message limit per hour. If an account exceed that volume, messages will be queued to the nearest hour to be added, processed and responded to.
Enterprise and Enterprise Dedicated users enjoy 15 concurrent calls and scalable solution via priority queuing and concurrent queuing to minimize downtime with little to no delay.
