Managing sub-accounts

Manage your locations directly through the admin portal.

Client management:

Introduction to the sub-account tab:

Go to https://agencentric.com/dashboard and navigate to the sub-account tab. From there, you'll get a birds-eye view of your current assistant deployment to your locations and their associated metrics. When a custom menu link is deployed to a location, the account & location is automatically created and displayed to your admin dashboard.

From here, you can:

  • Manage assistant & message sending limits for tiered re-selling to your clients
  • See their current metrics and deployments
  • Remote into their white labeled portal (click on the account name to remote into their deployment)
  • Take a look a the location assistant logs
  • Admin lock the account
  • Add your own support widget natively to the client portal
  • Download your data
  • Delete location deployments

Manage assistant & message sending limits for tiered re-selling to your clients:

Move the sliders for the assistant & message limits to change the location's limits in real time. You are able to use to to control your deployment based on your usage tier, as well as use this as a way to upsell further deployment to clients. Example, Agency to client: "for $97 we allow you to deploy one assistant but for $297 you can deploy 3 assistants".

Example of a location with a limit of 2 assistants. Once they reach that limit, they will get an error message and the create button will prompt them to upgrade with you to deploy more.

Remote into the client portal:

On your sub-accounts displayed in your admin portal, just click on their location name or location id to open their portal in a separate tab to work alongside clients, do a buildout, or provide support & assistance.

Look at sub-account logs:

To look at the location's assistant usage logs, click on the 'Assistant Logs' button on the specific sub-account to get a detailed look into their runs & logs for diagnostics and granular client support and management.

Admin lock sub-account:

If you want your client deployments to be hands-off to the client or perhaps lock an account for an unpaid service fee - you can do so by clicking the 'Lock sub-account' button on the sub-account to automatically lock it. The location would only be accessible through your admin password set at the top of the page.

Add your own support widget natively:

Out of the box, the location's help button will be hidden until the agency supplies a support widget's HTML code. Click on the 'Support Widget' button on the sub-accounts tab to get the support widget popup. Supply your widget's HTML code (whether its GHL's native widget or 3rd party) and click update. After updating, the 'Help' button will automatically show in all of your deployed location's with your support widget natively.

Insert your chat widget's code into this popup and press update.

The 'Help' button will automatically populate in your locations and when clicked it will display your chat widget.

Manage client's and data:

One of Agencentric's core values is transparency and access to your data using our platform. With that being said, you are always able to download/capture your data at every level as well as delete it. You can download your deployment's associated data with the button above your list of clients. As well as, deleting location which could be for a variety of reasons such as you have outgrown your current limits and want to narrow down your deployment to resolve the account lock, delete location for client churn, etc.
