Use Accounts in the workspace to find the client you want to manage. Confirm the account name and ID before changing access or billing.

Review and update details

  1. Open the account’s details from the Accounts list.
  2. Review Account name and Client information using the fields below. Make the required changes and save.
  3. Reopen the details to confirm the values persisted. For a GHL account, changing Assistable account details is not a substitute for verifying its GHL connection.

Account detail fields

Use Copy account ID when a support request or API workflow needs the Assistable account identifier. It is different from a GHL location ID. Timezone is not an editable field in this drawer. After clearing an optional field, reopen the drawer to check the result; a blank submission can leave the previous value in place.

Choose the correct control

See user management, permissions, and billing records. After changing limits or client prices, reopen the controls to confirm the saved values and verify the resulting usage behavior.

Avoid common account mix-ups

An account invitation grants access to the client account; it does not make the person a member of the parent agency workspace or create a GHL user. An account lock is a portal-entry control; do not use it as proof that calls, automations or API access have stopped. If an update reports failure after a save, reopen the account and inspect the current state before repeating the action. If the account is unavailable, confirm the selected workspace and whether it has been archived.
