Branding belongs to the selected workspace. Review the workspace name before editing so another client’s portal is not changed.

Update the brand

  1. Open Branding in the workspace navigation.
  2. Enter your Website URL if you want to import branding from your site. Review imported values before saving.
  3. Upload the Logo. Use an image no larger than 10 MB. Uploading changes the draft; continue to Save changes to save the branding.
  4. Edit Workspace name and Brand color. A custom color must be a six-digit hex value such as #5B40D6.
  5. Optionally enter a full Documentation URL. This supplies the workspace’s documentation destination.
  6. Review the preview and select Save changes.

Fields and actions

Importing or uploading does not publish the draft. Review the preview and save once all fields are correct.

Check the saved result

Reopen Branding and confirm the saved fields. Open a client portal and its sign-in page on your intended domain to review the logo and name in context. If the application says the branding was saved but the preview could not refresh, reload before saving again. If an image upload fails, check its type and size. If a website import produces the wrong brand, edit the values manually before saving. Invalid website or documentation URLs and invalid color values must be corrected before the update can succeed. A custom domain is configured separately under Domain. See white labeling and GHL menu links.
