Overview

Set up automated workflows that collect deposits when an AI assistant books an appointment. This uses the post-call webhook combined with Stripe payment links.

Setup

  1. Create a Stripe payment link for the deposit amount
  2. Set up a post-call webhook workflow in GHL
  3. Add a condition: if appointment was booked → send deposit link via SMS
  4. Track payment status and confirm the appointment
