This automation detects when an appointment is marked No Show in GoHighLevel, triggers an AI voice call via Assistable, and attempts to reschedule the client — all without manual intervention.What It Does
- Detects appointment marked as No Show in GHL
- Triggers an automated AI voice call
- AI asks for the reason and offers to reschedule
- Books a new appointment if the client confirms
- Saves notes summarizing the call to the contact record
Setup
Create the Follow-Up Assistant
- Go to Assistable Dashboard → Create Assistant
- Name: “No-Show Follow-Up Bot”
- Configure the prompt with a friendly, empathetic script that asks why they missed and offers to reschedule
- Add calendar booking tools
- Save and deploy
Import an Existing Assistant (Optional)
Use Import → Paste Bot ID to clone a pre-built no-show assistant. Verify calendar mapping and tools migrated correctly.
Create the GHL Workflow
- Go to Automation > Workflows > Create New
- Trigger: Appointment Status → No Show
- Action: Use the Assistable API to initiate an outbound AI voice call
- Pass the contact ID and assistant Bot ID
