Overview

The AI Orb is a floating, clickable widget that launches your AI assistant when a visitor clicks it. It enables voice-based sales conversations, demos, and appointment booking directly from any website.

Setup

Create Your Assistant

Build the AI assistant that will power the orb. Configure its prompt, voice, and calendar tools.

Buy and Assign a Phone Number

Purchase a phone number and assign it to your assistant. Visitors won’t see this number.

Create the Widget

Go to Widgets → Create Widget → Floating Orb. Name it and configure:
  • Assign it to your assistant
  • Customize the icon (phone, robot, etc.)
  • Set the color
  • Save changes

Get the Embed Code

Click Get Code at the bottom of the widget settings. Copy the embed code.

Embed on Your Website

In your website builder:
  1. Add a Custom Code or HTML element
  2. Paste the embed code
  3. Save and publish your site

Test

Visit your live site, click the orb, and verify the AI assistant launches correctly.
